The system has three simple rules.
It will take you less then a minute to learn them. Here they are
1- If the Timer Module is above 50 (trend is up), buy the two top-ranked funds. Put equal dollar amounts in each.
2- If the Timer Module is below 50 (trend is down), sell the funds and sell short the S&P 500 (SPX) or go to cash.
3- In either case, change funds as their rankings change, always using the two top- or single bottom-ranked funds in keeping with Rules 1 and 2.
The Timer Module ('Short tem level' in some tables-- sample here) is reported in the weekly
charts and rankings tables. It is best to act the same week it crosses 50, but may be acted on in other weeks when rankings change.
Note. 'Trends' are the smoothed moving averages of weekly prices over several different time spans which are then factored into one single longer-term group and one shorter.
