REVIEW AND REPLACE . . .
This is standard practice with me and probably all systems developers. Our most recent system review involved the Mostly USA ETFs Portfolio and was completed in November of last year. Full details of that process appear there, and its steps are paralleled here in the present review of the Woldwide ETFs portfolio system.
The previous version (1.1) of the Worldwide system is really not a problem as seen in the chart above. It performs nearly six times better than the market (SP500) over the period shown and has the neat knack of skipping over bear markets and crashes.
Nevertheless, periodic system review is always appropriate--and this one particularly in order to test the potential results of the new timing module developed for the USA portfolio. As you may recall it performed there spectacularly.

*Note After publication, I discovered that several weeks of corrupt, early, historical S&P index data had been used in development. This affected final outcome statistics, rendering them invalid. The process, however, is valid and in current use.
Why do I acknowledge this and not just remove this page from the website? Because these are 'experimental notes to myself.' I prefer that you, the reader, should be as aware of flaws as I am, should any occur.
