RULES - Really Easy
The general rule is: invest in the two top funds when the trend is up. Use equal dollar amounts in each. Sell short the two bottom-ranked funds (equal dollar amounts) or the S&P500 alone when the trend is down.
Notes. Cash is the alternative to short selling.
The long-term trend trumps the short-term trend.
