Timer module is a newly developed timing method to offset long-term trend signals which may diverge from extended market trends for 'too long' a period. The numbers express a ratio of average portfolio-price behavior to a measure of bear-market sensitivity that runs parallel to the portfolio. 50 is the mean, a neutral reading.
