If Copernicus paid any attention to fundamentals, would he not perhaps be beginning
to build long-term, value positions in Boeing and Cisco starting today? If yes, then why
exclude Bank of America? It has the power, stature, and standing in its own industry
and the economy that the other two have in theirs.

Opacity and interference. The BAC balance sheet may not be reflecting true asset
conditions. And the ungloved, unwelcome hand of Policy, Law, and Regulations lies
