The Mostly USA ETFs trading system provides a brief weekly note to tell the best two exchange-traded funds to buy, sell, or hold, at what price, and when. It also tells when and what to sell short--or hold cash if that is your preference. The Worldwide ETFs system does the same thing. (Sample)
A rankings table sorts ETF funds by strength of price behavior. Each week the two top-ranked funds are selected to buy. If they lose top ranking, they are replaced. If the market gives a general sell signal, both are sold, and the market is sold short or cash is held instead. (Sample)
